Customer Service Advisor3 month ongoing temporary to permanent assignmentKnowsley, Liverpool£11.90 an hourMonday 15th July 2024 start dateWe are working with a local known brand to assist in the expansion of their Customer Service Team. If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and can build rapport with customers then we want to hear from you. The working hours for the role are full time shifts between 8am and 8pm Monday to Saturday and Sunday between 9am and 5pm. All working days are 8 hours per day (8am-4pm /9.00am-5pm/10am-6pm) 5 days out of 7 including weekendsDuites include:- Dealing with incoming enquiries- Processing telephone orders- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queriesPerson Specification:- Excellent customer service skiils- Ability to build relationships - Flexible to work within the hours above
