Customer Service Advisor role waiting to be filledVenn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available positionPosition: Customer Service AdvisorLocation: Beeston Hybrid (2 Days WFH 3 Days office)Length: 12 Weeks temp to permSalary: PAYE including holiday pay then £23,400 when permHours: p/week 8:30am-5pmThe role will predominantly involve:Deal with customer queries and complaints in a professional mannerHandle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and courtesyResponsibly taking/making inbound and outbound calls ensuring customer service levels are carried out to a high standardPerforming additional ad hoc admin dutiesThe successful candidate must have previous experience in a Customer Service Office-Based role and be available at short notice.*Venn Group’s “Recommendation Scheme”: if you recommend a candidate who is subsequently placed by Venn Group (for a minimum of 2 weeks) you will be eligible for £25 worth of vouchers from a choice of high street organisations.
