The Vacancy Customer Service AdvisorOpen to internal and external applicantsSalary £21,76837 hours per week X 52 weeksThe role of Customer Service is ideal if you are someone looking for a new opportunity to work Monday - Friday, with no late nights and can guide our students through every step of their learning experience with us, helping them feel supported and excited throughout.Day-today you will be responsible for:Delivering excellent customer service to our staff and studentsGuiding our students through every step of their learning experienceEngage in cross college and external activities and eventsArranging appointments for students with specialists in other areasProcessing fee payments and issuing college ID cardsMaintaining record systemsAfter your first year with us, success would look like:After the first year you will be proficient in all service delivery functions and systems, have a clear understanding of the college structure and support network and you will demonstrating our college values on a daily basis whilst having a positive impact on all service users.You will also be in a position to look at promotional opportunities within the department and college wide.We're open-minded & welcome all applicants who believe they can succeed.
