We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Bristol Operation Centre (BS10 7SF). Are you working evenings and/or weekends? We offer 8am - 5pm working Monday to Friday, no bank holiday working and a salary that increases with the more you learn. Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and time frames. They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
