A presence within European markets and are continually growing brand.Job DescriptionManage customer queries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitor customer service performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.Participate in team meetings and training sessions.Maintain customer service records and prepare reports on activities.Support the customer service team in achieving departmental objectives.Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.Contribute to the overall positive culture of the customer service department.The Successful ApplicantA successful Customer Service Advisor should have:Fluent in European languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish).Experience of SAP (Advantage).A strong customer service orientation with a proven record of managing customer queries.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A team player attitude with the ability to coordinate with various departments.Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.A commitment to continuous learning and skill development.An understanding of the industrial / manufacturing industry.What's on OfferA competitive salary in the range of £32,000 - £36,000 per annum.Attractive personal and business bonus structure.Generous holiday leave of 27 days plus bank holidays.A pension scheme with up to 5% contribution.Flexible working hours.With a strong focus on employee satisfaction and continuous learning, this is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to progress their career in the industrial / manufacturing industry.
