The role in a nutshell:

As a Customer Service Advisor , you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing sales orders, and resolving customer issues in an efficient and timely manner. You will collaborate with various teams within the organisation, including operations and sales, to address customer needs and provide exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer requests, including order entry, query investigation, resolution, and internal communication
  • Process sales orders and calculate commission payments
  • Provide rapid resolution to issues and escalate when necessary
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and systems
  • Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents
