We help customers around the world to improve efficiency, reduce emissions, minimise their environmental impact and assure safety.Job DescriptionReporting to the Customer Service Team Lead, you will be part of a larger team who work with production, engineering and sales departments ensuring customers orders are met in full.In this role you will identify and resolve order queries with customers and ensure that their requirements are correctly interpreted and fully understood, carry out contract reviews of customer orders diligently and accurately and organise the working day so that priorities are addressed, customer expectations are met, and internal delays reducedThe Successful ApplicantGood attention to detail and has the ability to work under pressureHas good communication skills and is customer focusedAbility to build strong relationships with customers and other internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met to the fullHave experience of working in a customer service focused environmentBe able to Commercial awareness or have a background in Customer ServiceHave experience of inputting data accuratelyWhat's on OfferSalary up to £34,000 (Dependent on Experience)10% Bonus on completion of ContractPensionHybrid Working
