We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Agent to join our team at Mokee. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer queries online and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via email, live chat, and social media Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues efficiently Assist customers with placing orders and providing product information Manage customer complaints and feedback Conduct administrative tasks related to customer services and marketing Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently Proficient in Google Workspace and experience with customer service ticketing software Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Fluency in French and English At Mokee, we value our customers and are committed to providing exceptional service.
