Where: Darlington

Full time: Permanent

Salary: £21,408 plus up to 15% on top of salary in incentives

Shifts: Monday to Friday from 10:30am until 07:00pm - No weekend work!

Hourly rate: £10.98





The Role – Customer Service Collections

 

Are you someone who takes pride in building relationships and making a real difference to people lives?

 

We are looking for people like you to join our frontline Customer Service Collections team as an advisor. You will work in a truly special part of our business by really being there for our customers. Whether its questions about their bill or helping them navigate through some difficult financial situations, you will build personal relationships and be there for them when they need us the most. Working as part of a team this role is about showing empathy, showing compassion and delivering the EE values.
