Your main responsibilities will include: Answering inbound calls and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments/problem resolutionHandling and recording complaintsResponding to and managing the 'Live Chat'Responding to customer reviewsEnsuring that customer SLAs are metRespecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures What do you need? To succeed in this role, you will need: Time management - you need to be able to prioritise between dealing with customers and managing the back officeDealing with objections while maintaining and developing the relationship with the customerWorking in a fast-paced environment and achieving monthly targets and KPIsAbility to problem solve and multitaskExcellent telephone manner Must be fluent in both English & GermanWhat do we offer? At Likewize, we care about you and your progression.
