As a Customer Services Advisor youll be instrumental in guiding people on their journey to become patients at Care Fertility. People will call in with queries, looking for information; they want to know more about who we are and what we offer. Thats where you come in, youll talk to them about treatments, what they involve, how long they take, what the process is, how much they cost and arrange their appointments at a time to suit them best you will make their journey as simple and stress free as possible. Youll have some enjoyable conversations with some great people as you help them from enquiry stage through to their first appointment. You will also assist with the onboarding process for our newest IVF packages Carepay, exclusively available to our patients. Were not a call centre and you wont be making any cold calls; youll answer inbound calls and youll reach out to people who have contacted us via our website. Youll be hugely supported in this role by a really great team of people who all have the same ambition to deliver the very best standard of customer care. Theres a comprehensive training scheme in place lasting around a month which will be based at our Tamworth Clinic (Tamworth House, Ventura Park Road, Tamworth B78 3HL). About you Youre a customer service professional, with a passion for service delivery you go above and beyond for your customers and colleagues every time. Youll probably have worked in a sales-through-service environment before, this way youll understand how to guide people through a conversation in the right way. Location/Benefits Theres a comprehensive training scheme in place lasting around a month which will be based at our Tamworth Clinic (Tamworth House, Ventura Park Road, Tamworth B78 3HL). After that, its a remote role where youll predominantly work from home, there will be an occasionally need to visit clinics for meetings etc. so youll need to be comfortable with travelling. Working 8hrs a day on a rota between 08:00-18:00, Mon-Sat (working approx 1 Saturday in 6).
