The job roles and responsibilities include:
Overseeing and managing the e-commerce call centre, processing and fulfilment teams
Communicating frequently with other key business stakeholders to ensure efficiencies are optimised
Strive to find process improvements wherever possible
Help the respective teams utilise the software at their disposal more proficiently
Be quick to act on any trends and data
Regularly monitor and report on the progress of key performance metrics
Become a key stakeholder in the digital transformation the company is embarking on
Foster and spread a pro-active culture
