This role provides customer service and administrative support to services within the Public Places Directorate, which are supported from Freighter House. In order to assist with the effective delivery of these services we are looking for applicants with a proven track record in similar work, including experience working with a range of computer packages and administration tasks to provide a high quality of service, to deal with all customer enquiries by email, letter and phone. Numeracy and literacy skills are essential for this role. As part of our accreditation with Essex Family Friendly Employers Charter, this full-time role can be offered on a job share or part-time basis, providing we are able to recruit to the remaining hours.
