Hours: 35 hours per week (9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday) Salary: 22-25K (Depending on experience) Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? As a Client Services Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client services and business development teams. Your contributions will be vital to the smooth operation of our auction house, ensuring that we continue to provide outstanding service to our clients. Greet and host visitors, maintaining a high level of customer service and embodying our company values. Handle enquiries in person, electronically, and over the phone with professionalism and efficiency. Invoice Management: Support the accounts team with raising and settling customer invoices. Logistics Support: Aid the logistics team in the movement of goods. approve online registrations. Work on key client coordination, maintaining client details on our CRM system. Relationship Building: Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in creating sales pitches, conducting market research, and supporting social media strategies. Administrative Support: Event Participation: Help organise and attend events, supporting the marketing team.
