Location: Warrington, onsite
Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Salary Package: Competitive base salary, company vehicle, extensive benefits package, flexible benefits scheme, and 2 paid volunteering days per year
Hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Monday – Friday (with potential shifts between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm)

Role Purpose:
As a Customer Service Engineer, you'll configure applications and hardware on IT devices (desktops, laptops, servers, mobile phones, etc.) at a customer site. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a supportive team with clear career growth pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage and resolve customer calls, keeping customers informed and escalating when necessary.
- Assist 3rd party IT companies both on and off-site as needed.
- Configure applications and hardware on new and existing IT devices.
- Support VIP users with a tight SLA when applicable.
- Ensure timely and responsive communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong technical skills in hardware break-fix, software, and operating systems.
- Able to obtain the required level of security clearance (with no caveats).
- Full UK driving license.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with network operating systems, MS Office, and current Windows operating systems, including the use of remote software.
