Salary - Up to £30,000 dependent upon experience
Memento Exclusives is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team and help uphold our excellent levels of service to a growing customer-base. You’ll be working with licensees including Formula 1, UFC, MotoGP and more, joining the business during its biggest year to date!
Job Role:
The role will involve delivering exceptional customer communications from initial enquiry through to completion and aftercare. The Customer Service Executive will contribute to the thriving sales team by meeting the needs of clients requiring assistance. The successful candidate will be required to provide support to customers via telephone, email and instant messaging as well as occasional face-to-face interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer emails across multiple inboxes, whilst building customer relationships
- Liaise with Memento Exclusives’ preferred couriers with regards to deliveries, collections and item repairs
- Work as part of the sales team to drive positive company results and upsell to customers
- Help customers complete payments through merchant services
- Check product availability for customer orders and request restocks to satisfy customer requests
- Communicate with customers about their orders, including delays and delivery changes
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints as per Company Policy
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has proven experience in a similar role and at a comparable level - at least 3 years is preferred
- Must be proficient in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Is able to articulate customer communication approach via emails, phone and in-person
- Is self-motivated and organised when dealing with high volumes of customer enquiries
- Possesses the ability to adapt to a fast-working environment
