Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be working in a regulated environment handling calls from existing clients. You will be dealing with a wide range of queries; no day will be the same, and you will ensure customer experience is at the forefront of everything you do!
Within the role, you will also be dealing with third parties such as other banks and regulated bodies. The role will be very fast-paced, and you will be making sure service level agreements are exceeded.

- Previous customer service experience ideally within a regulated environment

- Able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
