I am working with a growing retailer expanding their team and searching for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for supporting customers with any questions or queries via various avenues – telephone, live chat and email.
- Processing orders with a high level of accuracy.
- Responsible for dealing with any delivery questions or queries (speaking to couriers to find out arrival times).
- Become a product expert.
- General administration duties.
Your skills:
- Experience working in customer service with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work in part of a team and on your own initiative.
- Complaint handling experience is desirable.
