We are looking for Customer Service Executive to work for creative digital space based in South London. This is an exciting role for a customer focused individual with high attention to detail.
Duties included and limited to:
- Liaising with customers via email and online platforms and over the phone.
- Processing customer requests in a timely fashion
- Assisting with any adhoc office duties that may crop up
- Assisting with trouble shooting and following up on system requests
Key attributes:
- A high attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a high pressure environment
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
