Job Description

We are looking for Customer Service Executive to work for creative digital space based in South London. This is an exciting role for a customer focused individual with high attention to detail.


Duties included and limited to:
  • Liaising with customers via email and online platforms and over the phone.
  • Processing customer requests in a timely fashion
  • Assisting with any adhoc office duties that may crop up
  • Assisting with trouble shooting and following up on system requests

Key attributes:
  • A high attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and work in a high pressure environment
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite
