This is a 6 month contract starting in June/July.
Our Customer Service Executives are the first person our customers speak to. You will be handling both inbound and outbound calls with customers to discuss their situation, account information and aiding them in making payments.
We have varying shifts available including Days, Evenings and Weekends. The successful candidate will need to be able to attend our Cardiff City Centre office for the duration of the contract
