Overview:

Their Track -record of excellence has given them a deep and wide-ranging knowledge of the market, encompassing all stages from land acquisition, planning, design and construction, sales and marketing, to project handover and final completion.

You’ll play a key role in developing our already exceptional service and guide our customers through their exciting homebuying journey. To do this, you need to be confident, personable, energetic and self-motivated, as you’ll be the main, face-to-face point of contact across a number of our sought-after developments.


Your enthusiasm for our brand and for making customers feel truly valued will be infectious as you carry out your responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day responsibilities within the Aftersales department.
  • Review training of Aftersales team members and address any training requirements.
  • Carry out apartment and communal area inspections prior to anticipated completion date for new homes as required and report back condition and progress of the properties to the Head of Aftersales and Project Manager.
  • Oversee unit handover from the construction team and carry out full/final inspections of properties with construction site manager to ensure that the property is finished to the required standard.
  • Liaise with construction team and subcontractors to ensure any snagging items identified from preoccupation or occupation snagging lists are dealt with promptly and to the required standard.
  • Review post completion maintenance defects with aftersales assistant.
  • Demonstrate workings of the apartments to customers, residents and agents when required.
  • Investigate all reports of defects, follow up with appropriate actions and oversee remedial works during two year warranty period.

  • Experience in a customer-facing role within a service industry.
  • Polite, professional and an excellent communicator.
  • Open to a challenge, change and strives for continual improvement.
  • Knowledge of the homebuilding industry desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A natural in building and fostering internal and external relationships.
  • Attention to detail, a passion for excellence and the ability to work independently and make key decisions.
