- Managing, training, and mentoring the Customer Service team
- Coordinating with Commercial and Sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction
- Setting and monitoring KPIs, and reporting on team performance
Must have
- Strong communication and customer service management experience
- Knowledge of customer service in a manufacturing environment
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to resolve issues calmly and innovatively
