We are actively seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Business Care function here at Stanley Black & Decker. As the Customer Service Representative, your aim will be to deliver industry leading service whilst building excellent working relationships with our customers.
This is a hybrid role where you will have the flexibility to work from home and our Brackmills, Northampton office.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior customer service experience, either looking to develop in their career with the possibility of moving into other areas of the business, or someone who simply loves customer service and would prefer to stay in this field.
