Things you need to know Previous contact/call centre experience is required These are permanent jobs Our full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. The hours you work are flexible between these times The starting salary is £21,500, with a pay review after 6 months We are based in Basingstoke. Our site has limited on-site parking but there are many local car parks nearby, and we are well connected via local busses and trains What will you be doing? You will be providing support to the customers of a major UK financial institution. This involves communicating using a variety of methods including over the phone, by email and in writing, advising members, resolving queries, collaborating with independent financial advisors, and most importantly, providing our customers with an exceptional level of service. Previous contact/call centre experience is required Previous experience in the Life and Pensions industry is highly desired People who are great at   building rapport and explaining things over the phone Knowledge using Microsoft Office (e.g. word, excel) and a variety of computer systems Who are Diligenta?
