Staffline Ireland is delighted to be recruiting for Customer Service Advisors on a full time permanent basis on behalf of our client, one of the largest independent housing associations in Northern Ireland.

Location: Belfast

Salary: £23,500

Hours of Work: 37 hours - Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm

Job Purpose:

To work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs.

Essential Criteria:

Good general level of education to include GCSEs (at a minimum of Grade C), or equivalent level qualifications, in both English and Maths OR a minimum of six months’ customer service experience, communicating with customers via phone

Evidence of demonstrating an approach to call-handling, in a customer service environment,

Evidence of ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a workplace environment.

Ability to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in work responsibilities.

Excellent level of IT literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, to include work related experience of Excel, Word and Outlook.
