What We Need

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Agent with experience in outbound calling and upselling. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while also identifying opportunities to enhance their experience through upselling and cross-selling our products or services.


Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service.
  • Be responsible for proactively contacting customers to ensure continued use of our services.
  • Conduct outbound calls to existing customers to follow up on their experience with onboarding at Paynt, address any concerns and offer other additional products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, active listening, problem solving skills and understanding when dealing with customers.
  • Be confident in presenting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed customer retention targets.
  • Maintain in-depth working knowledge of the company’s products, systems and processes.
  • Act as a liaison, providing accurate, valid and complete product/services information using appropriate methods /tools.
  • Collect and provide customer feedback to Team Lead.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints.


Your Profile

  • (+) Experience in merchant acquiring, payment solutions or financial services.
  • Proven experience in a customer service and customer retention role.
  • Demonstrated success in upselling and cross selling products or services .
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver.
  • Customer focused with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
