Working as part of the Customer Experience Team the Customer Experience Executive will be engaged in a multi disciplined role that includes responding to and resolving customer queries and facilitating customer account billings. The Customer Experience Executive is a fantastic role for someone who loves variety, is passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and tenacious and inquisitive in their work.
Please note this role is office based, at our clients offices in York. Our client are also open to considering part time/job shares for this role.
