Role / Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding support to new customers
  • Provide technical support to existing customers
  • Assist with customer queries via phone, email and live chat
  • Assist with daily troubleshooting / support tickets

Skills / Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
  • Experience of Excel, or some data management eg. Inventories, tables
  • Passionate about customer journey/engagement
  • Tech-savy

This role could be suitable for someone at entry level looking to kickstart their career in customer success, or someone with previous experience working within a customer success or a SaaS/EdTech environment.
