Customer Success Manager – Aviation – Remote – UK Our mission is to grow and strengthen the Customer Success Team in order to ensure we have strong customer relationships that bring about business retention and growth.Aspire Software is hiring for a Customer Success Manager to focus on increasing customer satisfaction and product adoption, leading to a positive customer experience, and driving growth through renewals and net retention improvements.The remit includes Customer Support, where the focus is on building a Support model that underpins the Customer Success goals.
