Customer Success Sales Representative
Salary: £28k basic (£46k with OTE)

Customer Success Sales Representative
Role:
Deliver on your assigned revenue and profit margin targets
Devise account plans and strategy development for a defined group of existing customers
Work collaboratively with the wider Account Business and New Business teams
Manage relationships with customers, representing their interests and actively listening to determine just how the company can help them and cross sell their services
Develop and nurture a high level of solution knowledge, and obtain a thorough understanding of the marketplace, the company’s competitors and your customers

Requirements:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
