This is a great opportunity to join a busy team as a Customer Supply Planner. The ideal candidate will be pro-active and work well under pressure, with previous experience within a customer-focused supply chain role.

Role responsibilities of the Customer Supply Planner include:

  1. Customer communication support via regular review calls
  2. Coordination of customer requirements including management of allocation tracking
  3. Demand management through regular reviews of orders vs forecast
  4. Process customer forecast releases via Demand Planning tools and forecasting systems
  5. Review forecast accuracy
  6. Manage customer backlogs to reduce line stoppage risks
  7. Onboard new customer accounts
  8. Participate in Operational Improvement Projects
  9. Support customer complaints through to resolution
  10. Order processing and shipping
  11. Ensure database integrity, KPI and month-end reporting

Key skills required:

  1. Experience within Supply Chain and Customer Service / Account Management
  2. Good working knowledge of SAP is preferred
  3. Advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables / VLookups / VBA)
  4. Strong communication and team working skills
  5. A drive to learn, develop and contribute towards company performance

This role has flexible working available with hybrid 2x days in office and 3x days WFH.
