Part of a wider group of leading audio technology manufacturers, this company provides bespoke products to customers in the broadcasting and audio industry. You will have the chance to travel globally to their wide customer base, attending large sports events where they have major clients.
You will be responsible for processing service enquiries, assisting with onsite service, and fault corrections, building strong customer relationships, whilst working alongside a multi-disciplinary group of engineers and teams.
