An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Engineer to join a leader in the design, innovation, and manufacturing of wireless and sensing solutions.
As a Customer Support Engineer, you will have a number of core responsibilities that include:
- Technical customer support
- Fault-finding
- Managing returns and replacements of faulty equipment
- Supporting installation activities
- Configuration of technology to customer specifications
To be considered for the Customer Support Engineer opportunity you must have experience with electronics and PCB technology, be able to fault-find, be comfortable supporting customers technically, be happy to travel occasionally nationally and internationally, have experience managing a returns process, and have experience carrying out minor repairs and refurbishment.
