What youll be doing:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers technical support on mixing consoles, as well commissioning, after sales service, customer and distributor training. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level and build strong customer relationships.

The right individual should be a great team player and possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.

This is your ideal role if you have: Experience of Audio or Broadcast Engineering, or Customer Support in a Broadcast environment System to component level knowledge of Sound, audio and audio control systems relating to broadcast applications. Processing of service enquiries, assisting with onsite service, upgrades, fault correction and mixer upgrades, commissioning and training of Calrec products. Knowledge of AoIP technologies and standards; AES67, Dante, SMPTE-2110 etc. Knowledge of networking: IP/TCP/UDP/RTP/RTSP, LAN, configuration of Switches/Routers (VLAN, ACL etc.) Ability to travel worldwide on a regular basis
