Customer Support

Cambridgeshire

£27,000 to £35,000


We are looking for a Customer Support to work for a leading business within Telecoms. Working from their Cambridgeshire office, they are looking for individuals with good customer service experience and an interest in all things IT and Telecoms.


Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interest in and aptitude for technology
  • Understanding of WiFi systems, mobile devices, and other tech products that connect to WiFi
  • Excellent communication and listening abilities


Preferred Qualifications:

  • CCNA or an IT-related certification is a plus; training will be provided
  • Certifications in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, or similar technologies are advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience in providing help desk support or customer support
