Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: London – Hybrid working
Salary: £26K - £28K + bonus
Shift work:
Operating hours – Mon/Fri 8-8, Saturday 9-6 and Sunday 10-5
3 shift patterns which will rotate
Sat / Sun shifts are additional pay on top of base salary

My client is an established Fintech Player who operate across the financial services landscape. They provide an exclusive payment platform to UK Merchants, Banks & Lenders to allow them to offer flexible payment options to their customers.
They have signed up a Tier 1 Bank which has doubled revenue of the company – this partnership is hugely important for the company & now they are building a customer support team dedicated to this partnership
