Who we are
Grant Thornton’s Agile Talent Community is a network of contract professionals, giving you the opportunity to work with our clients alongside Grant Thornton teams on a project-by-project basis whilst being supported by our dedicated Agile Talent team. You can choose to work with Grant Thornton as an Independent Consultant either through your own limited company or on inside IR35 terms.
Joining us in Financial Services Business Risk Services (FS BRS)
We help and support clients achieve their strategic goals by guiding them through new legislation changes and helping to navigate accounting, regulatory, technology and operating model change. The world around us is changing and our teams help clients remain agile and adapt to these changes and stay ahead of the competition.
Grant Thornton’s Financial Services Business Risk Services (FS BRS) team provides market-leading risk, control and governance services to the financial services industry, working with clients from the insurance, banking and investment management industries and beyond. Our key offerings are internal audit (outsource and co-source) finance and risk management, compliance and technology.
Joining the Agile Talent Community as Cyber Security Consultant, you will have the freedom to work on projects that you choose, whether full or part-time within Financial Services Business Risk Services (FS BRS) team and support our clients and internal teams on short to medium-term assignments.
Skills we are looking for
- Experience in Defence / Government / Nuclear sectors.
- Professional qualification (CISSP, CISM or similar) with post-qualification experience.
- Security Clearance is essential.
- Operational technology experience.
- Understanding of Security Frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS or PCI DSS.
- Experience in conducting gap analysis / readiness assessments, cyber risk / resilience / maturity assessments and supplier assurance reviews.
- Developing Remediation Plan to improve clients’ Security Posture.
