Cyber Security Consultant

Who are we looking for?
Bridewell has seen extensive growth over the past few years and as such we are looking for ambitious individuals who are passionate about Cyber Security and are keen to continue to develop and grow with us. You are someone with around 2 years' experience within Cyber Security, with experience of delivering on a range of Cyber Security projects. You'll be confident in a client facing role and will have an aptitude to learn and develop with Bridewell.

What you'll be doing
This role sits within our Cyber Consulting team, meaning you'll get exposure to different projects and clients to continue to build upon your existing knowledge. At the Consultant level, you will be expected to work with Bridewell's clients around the UK delivering a range of cyber security projects. These responsibilities could look like:

  • Assisting on the delivery of client engagements to a high-quality, work would cover ISMS development, assisting companies gain ISO27001 certification, NIS D compliance, CAF Regulatory Compliance and assisting with other areas of cyber security as required
  • Staying on top of the latest developments within Cyber Security by attending training and conferences
  • Writing detailed reports and documentation, confidently communicating these back to key stakeholders
  • Supporting Senior Consultants and Principal Consultants with the delivery of projects
  • Assisting with Business Development opportunities through the creation of blogs, marketing material and assisting with tenders and proposals.


What we're looking for
Suitable candidates will have demonstrable experience in some of the following:

  • Implementing security standards such as ISO27001, NIS Directive and NCSC CAF
  • Conducting Cyber Security risk assessments and managing risk management activities
  • Good general knowledge of IT systems covering traditional infrastructure, cloud platforms and SaaS
  • Working within a cyber security consulting or delivery role
  • Previous experience of detailed reports and documentation, with the ability to communicate these back to key stakeholders
  • Working with various technical teams
  • Conducting cyber security assessments and gap analysis against various frameworks.

Location: Bridewell operates a hybrid and flexible working policy, however you will be required to travel to different sites on occasion.
