Cyber & Tech Litigation Solicitor

Competitive Salary Package

2 Years + PQE

Our client is a Top tier UK firm who are seeking a Litigation solicitor with a passion for work within Cyber & Tech. You will have the opportunity to advise blue chip and FTSE organisations on tech disputes, meaning a varied caseload including cyber security, data protection and privacy disputes, this work will include a range of sectors including financial services, energy, transport and almost any area that involves technology and data.

Working in within a recognised disputes team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside brilliant solicitors at an exciting time of growth, as the team seek to navigate the challenges of the evolving regulatory laws within tech. Business development is also another key aspect of the role with this responsibility handed to all solicitors, enabling you to build client relationships, organise client events and engage in a variety of marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have a strong commercial disputes background, with a focus around cyber litigation. Experience in GDPR, e privacy and cybersecurity are an added benefit. However, solicitors with strong disputes knowledge and some exposure to these areas should also not hesitate to apply.
