Key Functions:
- Implement and manage firewall, proxy, EDR, and EPP solutions.
- Conduct in-depth technical discovery and vulnerability assessments.
- Foster strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and deliver technical presentations and creative solutions.
- Provide first-level technical support and create detailed tickets.
- Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to meet customer requirements.
- Utilize Salesforce for data-driven reporting and decision-making.
- Implement identity and access management (IAM) solutions.
- Design and implement data leakage prevention (DLP) strategies.
- Maintain a proven track record in selling complex cybersecurity enterprise solutions.
Skills Required:
- 7+ years of sales engineering experience
- Deep experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Networking and Network Security (FW, Proxy, etc.)
- Host Protection (EDR/EPP)
- Identity Management
- Data leakage prevention
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
