Our global Microsoft D365 gold partner client is looking to appoint a Dynamics F&O Functional Consultant who is excited by the opportunity to own and execute the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

This is a home-based position with travel to client sites when required in a post-pandemic world. This is a great opportunity to join an ever-growing organisation, whilst working on the latest version of Dynamics 365. The role would suit someone who has development experience and now looking to further their career. You may already be working within a consultancy environment and are now looking for a new position that will rapidly grow your experience.

Key Skills & Experience:
3-5 years in Dynamics 365 F&O in functional capacity
Experience with end to end Dynamics implementation in a functional role
3+ years' experience with multi-phase, enterprise-wide implementations
Responsibilities:
Leading cross-functional teams in client-facing delivery roles.
Providing technical design authority oversight on complex delivery programmes.
Providing oversight across multiple projects simultaneously to deliver client success.
Engaging with senior client stakeholders to promote customer outcomes and challenge existing approaches.
Building relationships with new and existing clients.
Modelling commercial delivery models to ensure accurate estimation and budgeting while remaining competitive.
Leading the build of re-usable assets that will increase the efficiency and go-to-market offerings of the client.
Documenting, proposing and discussing solution options as a part of the programme team (high-level design / low-level design).
Configuring and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to fit project requirements.
Engaging with team members to contribute towards successful project outcomes.
Working closely with technical development capability, including nearshore and offshore teams.
Understanding business requirements and scope changes and highlighting any impact on delivery teams or technical solutions.
Providing SME input across a variety of programme workstreams, including testing, training, data, reporting, and business change.
Formally coach and manage people within the team.
Build and maintain relationships with Microsoft and help support their go-to-market strategies.

Bonus - (10% - 20% based on personal and company performance – not utilisation)
