Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of manufacturing clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on system functionality and best practices for utilizing D365 SCM in manufacturing operations.
- Support data migration activities, ensuring seamless transition of data from legacy systems to D365 SCM.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues related to D365 SCM implementation and usage.
