The business has a solid market foundation, has international presence and has been through multiple rounds of funding. They boast an innovative, market-leading product with multiple revenue streams. They now require advanced CRM analytics to develop and drive strategic initiatives as they continue to grow towards a potential exit.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and process large datasets from multiple sources.
- Analyze data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide support for data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct A/B testing and generate reports on performance metrics.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across various platforms.
- Assist in the development and optimization of data collection systems and analytical processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
