As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in interpreting complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing valuable recommendations to support decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and manipulate large volumes of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations that provide valuable insights into business performance.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific business questions and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving and continuous learning.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
