Position Overview:
We are partnering with our client to identify a skilled Data Analyst to join their London team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in advancing data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation by overseeing the comprehensive process of importing, cleansing, transforming, and validating data to derive actionable insights. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to grasp data requirements, construct robust database management solutions, and ensure data integrity and accessibility for non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust database management solutions using SQL Server and TSQL, encompassing the creation and upkeep of stored procedures to optimise data handling processes.
- Leverage Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis, crafting efficient workflows and procedures to automate data tasks and diminish processing time.
- Extract, cleanse, and transform large and unstructured datasets from diverse platforms, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and suitability for purpose.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ascertain precise requirements related to data analysis and target market research, collaborating with external data suppliers to uphold data quality and relevance.
- Administer CRM systems such as Salesforce, conceptualising and implementing features to facilitate data selections, uploads, integrity checks, and maintenance.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive data analysis reports, translating intricate insights into easily understandable documents for business stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum Experience:
- A highly numerate individual with outstanding attention to detail and hands-on experience in data Analytics .
- Demonstrated track record of efficiency, prioritisation, and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven capability in multitasking and managing high-volume data transactions while ensuring accuracy and precision.
Technical and Job-Specific Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL Server, and the creation/maintenance of stored procedures.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python for advanced data manipulation and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for handling complex datasets and executing advanced data manipulations.
- Strong familiarity with business intelligence tools for data analysis and visualisation.
