Job Description
As an experienced Senior People Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients People organisation into a data-driven powerhouse. Your primary responsibility will be to lead their people analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an individual contributor role, and you'll have the opportunity to shape the data strategy, establish real-time dashboards, and create beautiful visualisations that empower the clients department, managers, and leadership.
The Successful Applicant
- Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Power BI, Anaplan or equivalent tools
- Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with HR systems, processes, KPIs and databases.
- Proven track record in data analysis and HR.
- Ability to drive best practices independently.
- Hands-on approach to work as an individual contributor.
- Strong analytical skillset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in GDPR, data privacy and compliance preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
What's on Offer
- 3 month contract
- £300 to £350 per day (Outside IR35)
- Birmingham based (2 days onsite hybrid working role)
