We are hiring as a result of growth and we are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to play a crucial role in enhancing our sales strategy by providing insights and data-driven recommendations. In this role you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting sales data (SF, activity metrics, leading and lagging KPIs) to support decision-making, enhance sales performance, and optimise revenue focus and results.. you must have proven experience of doing this to be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities


  • Data Collection & Analysis: Gather, process, and analyse datasets related to sales performance, BDM and AD behaviour, activity and key trends.
  • Proven experience of analysing sales data .. this is essential for this role
  • Sales Reporting: Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate sales reports, dashboards, and sales call presentations to various stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and executives and possibly ECI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and ADs by territory, by product and by mix. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to inform sales strategies.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Assist in the creation of sales forecasts, budgets, and targets. Use historical data and predictive insights to guide sales planning and resource effectiveness
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and work closely with the sales team to implement improvements. Support the adoption of sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity. Take ownership of SF for Sales and Account Management and get it fully fit for our purpose.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, customer success and operations teams to ensure alignment on data-driven metrics and to support broader business goals.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales data by implementing robust data validation processes and regularly auditing data sources.
