Job Description
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Governance Specialist with a deep understanding of data architecture to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding, setting up, and improving our data management processes to ensure the integrity, quality, and security of our data assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, quality, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Design and implement data architecture solutions to support business objectives and data management initiatives.
- Lead data migration projects to ensure smooth transition and integration of data across systems.
- Conduct data quality assessments and implement corrective measures to address issues.
- Establish strong stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data management, data governance, and data architecture within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality standards, and best practices.
- Proficiency in data modeling, database design, and data integration techniques.
- Experience with data migration tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
