We specialise in advising businesses, so we advise on corporate, commercial, data protection, employment, and commercial property law issues.

About the Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Data Protection Solicitor to join our team as a consultant.
You’ll be working remotely, and you’ll be responsible for managing your own files from start to finish. You’ll be a key member of the team, working with other solicitors across the business.
You’ll be responsible for advising on a broad range of data protection work, including:
- dealing with UK GDPR audits;
- preparing documents, policies and procedures to assist clients with UK GDPR compliance;
- advising clients on bespoke areas of the UK GDPR, such as subject access requests; and
- reviewing, amending, preparing and negotiating commercial contracts that require UK GDPR provisions.
We have ambitious plans for growth. This role would suit someone looking to progress within a law firm, work autonomously, bring ideas to the table, and make a real difference to a small business.

Remuneration
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive fee share arrangement.
The bulk of your work will be generated by us. However, you’ll also have the opportunity to boost your earnings by bringing new clients into the firm.
You should expect to be paid:
- 50% of all fees paid for your services by clients of the firm (this equates to around £150 per hour);
- 60% of all fees paid for your services by clients you bring into the firm (this equates to around £180 per hour); and
- 10% commission for services delivered by other solicitors of the firm, to clients you bring in.
Requirements
- An English qualified solicitor;
- At least 8 years PQE as a data protection solicitor;
- The ability to work autonomously, handling data protection queries from start to finish;
- A good understanding of law firm compliance;
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills;
- Responsive, organised, enthusiastic, friendly, approachable, and reliable.
