Data Quality Engineer (CDP Customer Data Platform) – Camden/Hybrid – 6 month contract £600-£650 per day outside IR35

Are you an experienced Data Quality Engineer with proficiency in SQL and data querying? Are you interested in joining a giant in the retail and fashion sector?
As the Data Quality Engineer you will be at the forefront of the team ensuring data quality is maintained in the overall data, data pipelines and data warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing and executing comprehensive data validation strategies, including data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation.
- Conducting data quality assessments and audits to evaluate adherence to data quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with data engineering teams to design and implement automated data quality checks and monitoring processes.
KEY SKILLS
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying validation and testing purposes.
- Hands on experience with Snowflake or Airflow or DBT.
- Familiarity with data integration, ETL processes, and data governance frameworks.
- Solid understanding of data structures, relational databases and data modelling concepts.
- Experience with CDP Customer Data Platform in a data quality capacity
The ideal candidate will have a strong data background who has progressed towards data quality.
